Known as The Brand Attorney, LaConya  Murray is the creator and owner of Off the Mark Ip Solutions, a boutique legal and business consulting firm based in Alabama. She represents business owners and entrepreneurs throughout the United States in the fields of trademarks, copyrights and business development.

Attorney Murray received her law degree from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law a semester early in December 2010. She is license to practice in the state of Alabama, the Eleventh Circuit of United States Court of Appeals and the United States District Court Middle District of Alabama.


In addition to advocating on behalf of entrepreneurs and business owners throughout the United States, Attorney Murray is also the author of the best selling book “30 Days ‘Til Launch: A Checklist Of Legal and Business Basics Every Business Owner Should Know Before Opening Their Doors” and “30 Days ‘Til Launch: The Business Plan Workbook.”

Ron Baker is a talented senior-level patent practitioner and engineer with a 15-year track record of successful tactical leadership and execution. A graduate of Auburn University and Alabama State University, with degrees in Mechanical Engineering/ Mathematics, and of Mercer University School of Law, Mr. Baker has practiced intellectual property law in private practice as well as in a boutique patent law firm while living in North Carolina and has taught Business courses at Troy University.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Baker was a public-school mathematics teacher and served twenty years in the United States Army Reserves; roughly two of which was active duty while serving in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003-2004. Mr. Baker has a demonstrated ability to instill a common vision. 

Mr. Baker has assisted in establishing and coordinating various Intellectual Property Review Boards for several international corporations such as Honda Motor Corporation and he has a proven ability to prosecute patent applications as well as assist with derivation suits against potential infringement. His range of patent services include, non-provisional and provisional patent prosecution, patent analysis, patent clearance searches, patent clearance opinion, and patent litigation.
