Trademark Service Policy
At Off the Mark Solutions, we begin working on your trademark immediately after purchase. Once payment is submitted, you’ll receive your Trademark Intake Form and Welcome Guide via the email address used at checkout—no delays, no guesswork.
Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances change. However, because we begin the trademark process immediately, refunds are limited and time-sensitive.
- Refunds must be requested within 10 calendar days of purchase.
- If you have not yet submitted your intake form, you may be eligible for a refund of up to $1,050.
- Once the trademark clearance search has been completed, the maximum refund available is up to $865, provided the application has not yet been prepared.
- If the application has been prepared (but not filed), the maximum refund available is $550.
- If we’ve conducted multiple trademark searches on your behalf, each search beyond the first two will incur a $100 deduction from any potential refund.
- Once your trademark application has been filed with the USPTO, no refunds will be issued.
By submitting payment and completing your intake form, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Attorney Representation
When you purchase our trademark service, you authorize our entire firm—including attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff—to work on your application. While our founding attorney, LaConya Murray, leads the firm, your application may be assigned to another qualified team member for filing.
Scope of Service
This service covers only the trademark clearance search and application filing as described on the product page. It does not include office action responses or ongoing representation beyond the listed scope.
By excluding office action responses, we’re able to offer a streamlined service that allows you to begin the trademark process quickly and at a more accessible rate.
If additional services are needed, they will require a separate agreement and payment.
